Cafe Supervisor (Full-time – 40 hours/week)

We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to support the Cafe Manager by helping run daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
– Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer service. –
– Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service from setup to close. –
– Manage stock, inventory, and daily cash handling/deposits. –
– Uphold high standards for cleanliness, health, and safety. –
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. –
– Help training, upskilling and ongoing support of the team. –
Our café opens Monday to Saturday from 9:00am-4:30pm and Sunday 10am-4.30pm. So there’s no evening work.
This role will normally involve working 5 days a week, starting at 8:30am and finishing at 5pm, or 9.30am till 5pm on Sunday, and will involve some bank holidays.
