Cafe Supervisor (Full-time or Part Time considered)

Are you passionate about coffee, food, and delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver a fantastic experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train front-of-house staff, including baristas and service personnel.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure a welcoming environment and high service standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistently high standards for food and drink presentation.
- Customer Service: Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Financial & Inventory: Manage cash handling, daily deposits, and inventory/ordering.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
